Project manual maintenance

The complete project manual is not a rigid specification. In terms of a continuous improvement process the document has to be maintained to grant the best possible project support.
Each change request that makes sense for all projects has to be communicated to the 'responsible person for PM'.
During the rollout phase in the winter semester 2004 the project manual is blocked for changes. Suggestions for improvement are collected and will be realised in the summer semester 2005.
